Blended approaches of formal and non-formal education are where we can put our hope, for our present and for the future generations. We need to create new ways to unfold and share knowledge, embracing differences among learners and be inclusive of all type of diversities. We need to look at the individuals and think about the whole community. We need to take out of everybody their best. We need to take risks; we need to try. We need to provide space for the genius that is in every human being.
Every transformation starts from a deep need that becomes an action. A conscious choice is what will change our daily life and ultimately our destiny. Understanding what our body is telling us in all of its complexity is the key to self and cooperative development. We need to train, not just move, pump, use the muscles, but with mindfulness. We need to discover our body in all its potentials, namely, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
